Kinndy Brightsocket is a gnome located at the Lunarfall in Shadowmoon Valley.
She can only be recruited using the Headhunter's Harvest from Lunarfall Inn.
Prior to the Battle for the Broken Shore, she appears in Stormwind Harbor along with several other priest followers, working on blessing bandages for the front on the Broken Shore.
