Kinnel is a level 35 quest giver who can be found circling - slowly - around the campfire at Fort Livingston in Northern Stranglethorn. He is apparently fond of looking at the stars all night, but the burning braziers from the nearby Ruins of Zul'Mamwe are preventing the area from getting too dark. Kinnel would like to see the braziers put out so he can carry on with his observations again.
During the events of Rise of the Zandalari, he was poisoned but soon healed by Bwemba.
