Kipp Brightwick is a Bluewax kobold found on the upper level of Candle Rock in Highmountain. He is busy creating new candles, but if asked he will tell the story of the Bluewax kobolds.
Like the rest of the Bluewax, Kipp is normally hostile, but turns friendly while the player is wearing the 
[Skull of Bossing Around], and neutral while they have the "Friends For Life (Okay, Neutral)" buff.
