Klannoc Macleod was a human quest giver located on Fray Island in the Barrens. After the Cataclysm, Fray Island was seized by the Southsea Freebooters, and Klannoc is nowhere to be found.

- Klannoc Macleod was a reference to the movie and TV series, Highlander. The franchise features sword fighting characters from the Clan MacLeod, each known in their time as "the Highlander".
- He shares model with Torgo the Younger.
