Knight Commander Plaguefist is a high ranking Death Knight of the Scourge. He is seen outside of the Chapel of the Crimson Flame. There the Scourge troops under his command lay waste to the chapel, tossing flaming torches on it at regular intervals. He also guards a number of prisoners from the Argent Dawn, having young Death Knights execute them; however, he mentions they were originally prisoners of the Scarlet Crusade whom the Scourge found by accident rather than capturing themselves.
It is unknown if he remained under control of the Lich King or became one of the Knights of the Ebon Blade after the Battle for Light's Hope Chapel.
