Krakkanon is a rare elite kraken found all over Pandaria. The kraken appears in the locations that have an abundance of fishing pools, which can be found out by talking to Ben of the Booming Voice at Halfhill in the Valley of the Four Winds.
The fishing pool has a roughly three hour respawn timer.

Gurrggggle — Gurrggggle schwwwwwshhhhhhhh... 3 sec cast. 5 sec channel. Every 0.5 sec, triggers...
- Gurrggggle 60 yd range — Gurrggggle schwwwwwshhhhhhhh... Frontal cone. Hits for 9750-10250 Frost damage and a 30-yard knockback
- Shpshhh 60 yd range — Hurls a watery bolt at an enemy, inflicting 15300 to 18700 Frost damage. 2.5 sec cast.

Like the shared tap rare mobs on Isle of Thunder and Timeless Isle, anyone on the kraken's aggro table will receive loot.
Krakkanon drops:
- A stack of 20 Pandaria fish (whichever is in the pool)
[Flying Tiger Gourami] or 
[Mimic Octopus] or 
[Spinefish Alpha] (as appropriate for the area)- [Nat's Fishing Journal] (rare)
