[10-30] We're Here to Do One Thing, Maybe Two.... It causes a graphical change to your tabard. It is only active while the player is in Stonetalon Mountains.
It is replaced by 
[Krom'gar Sergeant] after completing [10-30] Krom'gar Fortress.
