Kula is a former ruler of the Zandalari Empire and member of the Council of Tribes. Her remains are buried within the Halls of Ash in Kings' Rest, in Atal'Dazar. During the fight, she briefly regains a physical form before turning into ash again.
Biography[]
Kula lived during the time when the Zandalari Empire was ruled by no single emperor. She was the head of her family at the time and after a period of civil war, she and the heads of two other families managed to form an uneasy coalition that for a time managed to rule the empire together. While they often disagreed with one another, they achieved peace in Zandalar, however briefly.[1]

Kula the Butcher, cruel enough to earn her name, yet clever enough to know who needed butchering. Often outnumbered, her strategy and keen eye for timing made her a force to fear.
