Lady Ouix'Ara is a lich of the House of Rituals who oversees Death's End in Revendreth from a platform in the southeastern part of the camp. She is a servant of Kel'Thuzad and the hand of Margrave Sin'dane in Revendreth, and hopes to ascend to the rank of baroness.[1] Ouix'Ara has entered an agreement with the Tithelord, in which he supplies her with anima[2] that she sends to Kel'Thuzad's allies in Maldraxxus,[1][3] while she in turn provides the Tithelord and his venthyr allies with Maldraxxian weapons.[4][5]
