Lasting Spirit is a conduit for holy priests. It drops from Grand Proctor Beryllia in the Sanguine Depths and Soulrender Dormazain in the Sanctum of Domination.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
