Leader of the Pack Level 46 Feral druid ability Passive While in Bear Form or Cat Form, increases critical strike chance of all party and raid members within 100 yards by 5%. Also causes your melee critical strikes to heal you for 3% of your health. This effect cannot occur more than once every 6 sec.

Leader of the Pack is a passive specialization ability for Feral druids, available at level 46. It increases the critical strike chance of your party/raid members by 5%. One must be in [Cat Form] or [Bear Form] for it to work. Because of this restriction, it's useful for druids that spend a lot of time as a tank or DD when they're in a party/raid.

Patch changes

• Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Removed.
  
• Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Now only available to Feral druids and no longer recovers mana. Mana regeneration has been increased by 100% for Feral and Guardian druids.
  
• Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): No longer a Talent. Now a Feral and Guardian specialization passive ability.
  
• Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Now heals for 4%, down from 8%.
  
• Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Now increases spell critical strike in addition to melee and ranged.
