Legion Devastators are devastators located in Mardum.
Two are stationed high up on the rocks at Inferno Peak. They fire on the road below in an attempt to stop the demon hunters from passing them.
Three others are located at the Doom Fortress, the Forge of Corruption, and the Soul Engine. They bombard the Illidari Foothold from afar, though their missiles are blocked by Jace Darkweaver's wards.
