In World of Warcraft, there are some people with Lieutenant in their name.
Lieutenant can also mean a subordinate of a leader, even if they have no official rank or have a higher rank, as was the case with Uther the Lightbringer, Admiral Daelin Proudmoore, and Turalyon being the lieutenants of Lothar during the Second War.
In Warcraft: Orcs & Humans and Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness, it is a rank you can achieve.
