Prior to Mists of Pandaria, Tristia sold the newest season's gear in exchange for armor tokens and 
[Conquest Points]. Buying from her required at least a battleground rating of 2200 or a personal and team arena rating of 2200 in the 3v3 or 5v5 brackets.
During Mists of Pandaria she went missing, but she reappeared in Legion as a vendor of Season 9 equipment, this time for [Mark of Honor].
