Lieutenant Voxiferus is a Maw guard located in Korthia. The lieutenant spawns on the western north-south road in Korthia and patrols to Seeker's Quorum. When Nadjia the Mistblade offers 
[60 Daily] Mawsworn Battle Plans, Voxiferus drops the 
[Mawsworn Battle Plans].

Crunch Armor — The caster stomps, inflicting Physical damage to all targets within 10 yards of the impact and reducing armor by 50% for 8 sec.- Defiling Dreadslam — Inflicts Shadow damage to enemies in a cone, knocking them back.
