Patch 10.0.7 (2023-03-21): When Lifebind is applied through a lower value [Echo] with [Temporal Anomaly], its healing value is reduced to match the value of the Echo.
Hotfix (2022-11-18): Lifebind now only shares the Evoker's healing between bonded allies, instead of sharing all healing received.
