Light's Barding is a conduit for paladins. It drops from Sire Denathrius in Castle Nathria, Mistcaller in the Mists of Tirna Scithe, and Soulrender Dormazain in the Sanctum of Domination.
An ilvl 145 version is also rewarded from

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
