Lightning Ritual Stone
The Lightning Ritual Stone is found at various locations on the Isle of Thunder. Three Shan'ze Ritual Stones can be used to summon one of the summonable bosses required for the Pandaria quest achievements 
[Pay to Slay] and 
[It Was Worth Every Ritual Stone].
The three Lightning champions are:
