The Lightning Sons seem to be a group of far seers in Nagrand, Outland.[1] They are part of the Mag'har. They send Horde players to Sunspring Post, the only other settlement of Mag'har in the area besides Garadar, to fight the enemy — the Murkblood tribe of Broken — who have taken it over.[2]
In one of their quests, you meet the enigmatic Saurfang the Younger who Farseer Corhuk refers to as a "youngling".[3]

- In Hellscream, an old saying related to the Stones of Prophecy is "Only those with thunder in their hearts receive guidance through the storms of fate." This may be describing the Lightning Sons.
