Lithduin Reef.
Lithduin Reef is an underwater reef located just off the coast of the Isle of the Watchers to the northeast in Azsuna.[45, 69] The world boss Levantus occasionally spawns here for the 
[45EEWQ] Terror of the Deep world quest.
