  Attaching the belt buckle causes the item to become soulbound. Cannot be applied to items higher than level 0.

Notes

The socket added is a prismatic socket, which will accept any color gem except meta gems. If the belt already has sockets, the new socket will appear below them, and leaving it empty won't suppress the socket bonus. If gemmed, the buckle won't add to the socket bonus.

This is the only type of enhancement that can be applied to a belt, unless the wearer is an engineer.
