Lloth'wellyn is a sylvar located in Torghast, Tower of the Damned. Night Fae Covenant players can run across Lloth'wellyn and help him find his scroll for the island quest 
[60] Lloth'wellyn's Breakthrough.
After looting the scroll, Lloth'wellyn will offer to join Night Fae Covenant-aligned players as an adventuring companion in 
[60] Champion: Lloth'wellyn.

- Auto Attack - Deal damage to an enemy at range.
- Starlight Strike - Lloth'wellyn calls upon the stars, dealing $s1 Arcane damage to the farthest enemy, and $s2 Arcane damage to all enemies at range.
