This creature can be captured by engaging it in a pet battle.
Long-tailed Moles are critters usually found in caves and other underground areas, such as Ironforge in Dun Morogh; the Mosh'Ogg Ogre Mound in Northern Stranglethorn; and the Crystalvein Mine in the Cape of Stranglethorn. They can also appear as secondary opponents during pet battles with other critters in zones where they're present.
Pet Journal
Thought by many to be nothing more than the subject of children's nursery rhymes, the long-tailed mole is very much real.
