The Loot-Filled Pumpkin is awarded once per day to players who use the Dungeon Finder to form a group to kill the Headless Horseman in the Scarlet Monastery graveyard during Hallow's End. It will always award 4-6 
[Tricky Treat], as well as a possibility for one of the following items:

Patch changes[]
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Item quality changed from rare to epic. - Hotfix (2011-06-29): Satchel of Chilled Goods, Keg-Shaped Treasure Chest, Heart-Shaped Box, and Loot-Filled Pumpkin will no longer remain in character inventory once the associated holiday is over. Players must loot the items from these caches before the corresponding holiday ends. More information can be found here.
