The Lords of Dread, Mal'Ganis and Kin'tessa, are the ninth boss encounter of the Sepulcher of the First Ones.

Adventure Guide

Using subterfuge and guile, the nathrezim have worked for eons to bring the Jailer's plan to fruition. Now, on the brink of their master's victory, they only need to complete one final task to ensure none are left to resist the new order of the cosmos.

Overview

Mal'Ganis and Kin'tessa assault players with a combination of decay and shadow magic.

When Mal'Ganis reaches 100 energy, he signals both dreadlords to dissolve into their swarm forms and inflict high damage to all players with  Swarm of Decay and  Swarm of Darkness.

When Kin'tessa reaches 100 energy, she signals both dreadlords to vanish and infiltrate the raid, deceiving their minds with  Infiltration of Dread.

Upon death, each of the dreadlords turns into a  Rampaging Swarm until the other is destroyed as well.

Tanks

• When  Infiltration of Dread occurs, if both dreadlords are not unmasked quickly, they will destroy all players with  Shatter Mind.
• Being struck with  Leeching Claws while already afflicted with  Opened Veins will heal Mal'Ganis for a large portion of his health.
•  Slumber Cloud created by Kin'tessa is very disruptive and remains in the area for a long duration of time.

Damage Dealers

• When  Infiltration of Dread occurs, if both dreadlords are not unmasked quickly, they will destroy all players with  Shatter Mind.
• While  Swarm of Decay and  Swarm of Darkness are in effect, both dreadlords inflict heavy damage and suffer increased damage from area of effect attacks.
•  Cloud of Carrion will steadily increase in damage until it either jumps to another player or is removed with  Bursting Dread.

Healers

• When  Infiltration of Dread occurs, if both dreadlords are not unmasked quickly, they will destroy all players with  Shatter Mind.
• While  Swarm of Decay and  Swarm of Darkness are in effect, both dreadlords continually inflict very high damage to players.
•  Cloud of Carrion will steadily increase in damage until it either jumps to another player or is removed with  Bursting Dread.
