Loremaster Dibbs was a human quest giver located in Southshore in the Hillsbrad Foothills. He didn't seem impressed at what the Crushridge ogres may have done to the various books and tomes still located within the Ruins of Alterac.
After the Cataclysm, he escaped the Forsaken's plague-bombing of Southshore and has taken refuge in Fenris Keep. He accepts Darius Crowley's offer to become a worgen in order to immunise himself from the Forsaken's curse of undeath.
He sides with the Gilneas Liberation Front during the Battle of Silverpine. During the battle, he engages a force of Forsaken mages along side Phin Odelic. Both are eventually slain in the ensuing conflict.
