Lost Soles can be fished from Lost Sole Schools in the Shadowlands. The chance to fish them up can be increased by using  [Lost Sole Bait]. It is also looted from fish caches and is a quest reward from the following fishing world quests:

•   [50-60WQ] Fishing: Glorious Shimmerfin
•   [50-60WQ] Fishing: Bloodthroated Grouper
