Lowping is a gnome located at the Lunarfall in Shadowmoon Valley.
He can only be recruited using the Headhunter's Harvest from Lunarfall Inn.
He also appears as a prisoner from the naga in Oceanus Cove in Azsuna. He is a friend of Fargo Flintlocke and has his schematics tattooed on top of his head. Fargo sends adventurers of the Alliance and Horde to find Lowping but instead of rescuing, the hero shaved Lowping's head and copied the schematics.[1]
