Two hours after you talk to an Elder and receive a 
[Coin of Ancestry],
that elder will send you a Lucky Red Envelope in the mail.
This envelope contains either
- a [Lucky Rocket Cluster], which can be fired from the Cluster Launchers located in the various major cities, or
- an [Elder's Moonstone], which summons a ring of moon light for a short time.
The Lucky Rocket Cluster can also be fired from Cluster Launchers created by Engineers.
