The Lunar Crucible is a plateau high above overlooking the Moon Guard Stronghold in Suramar.[41, 18] It is the highest point accessible on foot.
Between the Legion release and patch 7.1.0, the only NPC there was a ghostly night elf named Captain Placeholder, who served no purpose. Now he has been replaced with the ghosts of Kir'altius, Hargo'then and Lynel'a, who are involved in the world quest
