Lurielle is a frost nymph that functions as a diplomat for members of the Horde and the Alliance that enter the Frozen Glade. She sends the newcomers to the Howling Fjord to the Vibrant and Twisted Glades, to battle against the volatile and destructive forces which swept through them and the chaos they have caused.
In several quests, she expresses her feelings of guilt and regret for her past measures to make to stop the corruption. Lurielle tries to reclaim the glades and restore what was lost, but not everything is replaceable. She fears that much is beyond saving, but refuses to give up hope.
