Maatparm is a draenei quest giver located at Blood Watch on Bloodmyst Isle.
He was alive before the draenei and eredar became separated, being one of the original survivors of Argus. He is from the city of Eredath and was among the eredar who gathered there when Kil'jaeden told them about Sargeras. He noted that it had been some time since Kil'jaeden last addressed them and it must have been an important occasion.[1]
