Madaggan is a dragonspawn of the black flight who resides in southern Dustwallow Marsh. He wishes to see the Alliance vacate from Theramore. He willingly assists a group of Theramore deserters (ex-Kul Tiras marines) led by Rober Ronn in an assassination attempt on Jaina Proudmoore. He sends his daughter, Shalrath to assist the defectors.[1]
