Magi Focusing Crystal was dropped from a Glimmering Falanaar Treasure Chest in Suramar.

Although described as having a source, it appears to not have ever been implemented in the game. The toy was eventually removed from the Toy Box with patch 7.2, lending further credence to the theory.
