Magister Sarien is a blood elf 
[Justice Points] vendor located in the Sunreaver's Sanctuary of Dalaran.

Sarien was able to escape the Purge of Dalaran, and later accompanied Archmage Aethas Sunreaver to the Isle of Thunder. Along with Magistrix Vesara and Magister Arlan, Sarien was tasked with monitoring the saurok in the area, and—when possible—turning the creatures against the mogu.[1]
