Magrami Spectres are centaur ghosts that spawn after placing the 
[Crate of Ghost Magnets] in Desolace's Valley of Bones during 
[10-30] Ghost-o-plasm Round Up. They are initially neutral and walk toward the magnet, but turn hostile after a few seconds within 5 yards of the magnet.
