Magus Rimtori is a blood elf mage found in Azshara.
Background[]
Rimtori seduced Belgrom, and manipulated him into escorting her party. Once the orcs had served her purpose, she betrayed the Horde and slaughtered the entire orcish guard. Positioning her entire escort at the Thalassian Base Camp under Magister Hawkhelm's supervision, Rimtori set off to explore Azshara with her bodyguards. Kim'jael, a goblin she employed before betraying him, claimed that Rimtori was searching for "
[Some Rune]". It is not known why Rimtori and her expedition sought this rune, nor what purpose it may have served.
Angered, Belgrom sent agents after Rimtori and had her killed.

It is not known precisely when or why the Thalassian expedition came to Azshara. Rimtori's most prized possession was the Kaldorei Tome of Summoning in the base camp, with which demons could be summoned. Her link to demons and the ancient nature of Azshara could lead one to assume she was on a personal crusade for power, digging up old relics as she explored the region. It is also possible that she served Kael'thas Sunstrider, and like Master Telmius Dreamseeker, traveled to Kalimdor.
