Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Removed.
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now requires level 20 (was 101).
Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11):
- No longer increases damage based on missing mana. Now increases the mana cost of spells by 30% for 10 seconds, and now costs 50 Fury.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now a PvP talent (was a rank 46 honor talent).
Hotfix (2017-01-13): Now deals 5% of the target's health in damage base, up to 25% if they have 0% remaining mana.
Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Now deals 15% of the target's total health in Chaos damage. Total health in damage is increased by 1% per 2% of the target's total missing mana, up to 30%.
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Added.
