Mana Tea is a level 30 Mistweaver monk talent, reducing the mana cost of their spells by 50% for 10 seconds.

Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Redesigned to grant a spell cost reduction instead of restoring mana. Level 45 talent. - Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Redesigned. Now a level 100 talent.

[Brewing: Mana Tea]; Consumes 1 stack of Mana Tea per 0.5 sec to restore mana equal to 3 times your unbuffed Spirit. For each 4 Chi you spend, you gain 1 stack of Mana Tea, with a chance equal to your critical strike chance to generate 1 extra stack.
