Martin Thunder is an Artifact weapon which can rarely be linkable on certain realms. Quite uniquely, it has no weapon type so it can be wielded by any class. Given its description, the weapon is likely a weapon used by Blizzard for testing purposes. It is not accessible to regular players and has only appeared wielded by Game Masters in screenshots.
Its graphic is almost exactly like that of the 
[Argent Avenger] from a Stratholme quest line and [Spellfire Longsword] from Slave Pens, but has some blue on the hilt.
Since patch 3.3, the item is now called 
[Martin's Broken Staff] and has had its attributes changed. This page still exists for historical purposes.
