Masons Fraternity Ring is the reward for completing the quest 
[47D] Divino-matic Rod in Zul'Farrak. Many hunters and rogues are known to use this ring until reaching level 60 and beyond.

This ring is a reference to the fraternal society of Freemasonry (known informally as the Masons), whose members wear rings to identify themselves to each other.
