Master Windstrong is a pandaren located in the Temple of the Jade Serpent.
When the Grandmaster of the Broken Temple and the Monkey King came the temple looking for Yu'lon to acquire 
[Fu Zan, the Wanderer's Companion], Windstrong called to their attention that the Burning Legion were invading the temple. He tasked the two with entering the demon-infested Scrollkeeper's Sanctum and rescuing Stonestep, Summerpetal and the scribes inside.
