Maziel was an insane Twilight's Hammer clan researcher once called High Cultist Maziel. He was researching the properties of quicksilver and mercurial oozes. Apparently, he figured out a way to transform himself into a pure quicksilver elemental and now resides in the Silverlight Cave within the Lower Silvermarsh of Deepholm.
