Medic Helaina is a neophyte first aid medic located on Theramore Isle in Dustwallow Marsh.
When Aegwynn and Sven found an exhausted Valeera Sanguinar, they brought her to Theramore. Helaina was then said to have helped the blood elf.[1]
It's unknown if she survived the Attack on Theramore Isle.
