An overview of the Merchant Square.
The Merchant Square is the northeastern section of Gilneas City. It is a market area that connects to the Military District to the south, and the Livery Outpost to the northeast. It is here where new worgen players start. After the area is overrun by feral worgen, civilians evacuate to the Military District. 
[1-30] The Battle for Gilneas City begins here, from the staging area at the Livery Outpost.

- If you look very closely, there's a portrait stand with one of the paintings being a little girl that blinks.
- This area was planned to be available in the original concept for the Battle for Gilneas, taking place in Gilneas City itself.
