Merektha is the second boss of the Temple of Sethraliss.
Adventure Guide[]
Merektha is the product of foul experiments to produce an army of unstoppable beasts. With her clutch of eggs beginning to hatch, this mother is on the hunt for victims to serve as food for her ravenous children.
Overview[]
Merektha will emerge and attack players while small groups of Merektha's eggs begin to hatch. Once hatched the snakes will attack players while Merektha burrows and periodically charges across the playspace. Merektha will re-emerge shortly thereafter and a new clutch of eggs will begin to hatch. Merektha will repeat the burrow and re-emerge process one more time.
Damage Dealers[]
- You cannot hit Sand-crusted Strikers while they are Obscured.
- Quickly defeat Venomous Ophidians to prevent heavy damage from Cytotoxin.
- Free allies enveloped by A Knot of Snakes quickly, a stunning ability immediately frees the victim.
- Face away from Merektha's Blinding Sand to avoid becoming blinded.

- Players enveloped by A Knot of Snakes will take damage until they are freed; a stunning ability immediately frees the victim.

- Quickly defeat Venomous Ophidians to prevent heavy damage from Cytotoxin.
- Pull Sand-crusted Strikers out of their Dust Clouds to allow your damage dealers to kill them.
- A stunning ability will immediately free the victim enveloped by A Knot of Snakes.
- Face away from Merektha's Blinding Sand to avoid becoming blinded.
Abilities[]
- Hadotoxin — A potent toxin courses through your veins, inflicting 4459 Nature damage over 8 sec.
- Noxious Breath — The caster exhales a series of toxic missiles that will leave toxic pools wherever they land.
- Toxic Pool — Players standing in a Toxic Pool take 2508 Nature damage every 1 sec.
- Blinding Sand — Merektha exhales Blinding Sand, inflicting 2091 Physical damage to all enemies within 100 yards. Victims that are looking at Merektha are blinded for 5 sec.
- Burrow — Merektha burrows through floor, inflicting 4181 Physical damage to any players caught in her path. Victims are knocked back.
- A Knot of Snakes — A Knot of Snakes envelops the target, preventing any action and slowly suffocating the victim for 13940 Physical damage over 20 sec. The victim can be freed by killing the snakes or incapacitating them.
- Hatch — The embryo within the egg is beginning to hatch. When complete, a snake will emerge and attack the players.
