Michael Belfast was a chef in the unnamed inn found on the Road to Stratholme. He notices the adventurers that come out of the inn's cellar and yells them to get out. He also shouts at his patrons while tending to his fire. It's unknown what became of him.
Ezra Grimm thinks Belfast should be arrested for the suspicious food they are eating.
