Milly Osworth is a human quest giver located in Northshire Valley in Elwynn Forest. She is the owner of Northshire Vineyards, which has been overrun by the Blackrock orcs and, prior to the Cataclysm, by the Defias Brotherhood. She provides for the store of food and drink managed by Brother Neals. Milly is looking for anyone willing to help her get her salvage as much as possible from the burning Vineyard.
By the time of the war in Draenor, Milly has joined the Stormwind Army. She can be found in Southport in the Spires of Arak if the player chooses to construct the smuggler's den.
When the Northshire Valley was attacked by the forces of Count Clessington, Milly remained at her usual spot and was seen fighting against attackers.
