Mind Devourer is a conduit for shadow priests. It drops from Mueh'zala in De Other Side and Sylvanas Windrunner in the Sanctum of Domination.

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
