Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed. - Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): This talent has been redesigned. Now increases damage done by Shadow Word: Death on targets at or below 25% health, and causes Mind Spike to reduce the cast time of the next [Mind Blast].
- Previous effect: Increases the critical strike chance of your Mind Blast, Mind Flay and Mind Sear spells by 2/4%, and increases the periodic critical strike chance of your Vampiric Touch, Devouring Plague and Shadow Word: Pain spells by 4/6%.
- Previous effect: Increases the critical strike chance of your Mind Blast, Mind Flay and Mind Sear spells by 2/4%, and increases the periodic critical strike chance of your Vampiric Touch, Devouring Plague and Shadow Word: Pain spells by 4/6%.
- Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Now also increases the periodic critical strike chance of your [Shadow Word: Pain], [Devouring Plague] and [Vampiric Touch] spells by 3/6%.
